It’s a limpid wine with a crystalline ruby color with some beautiful purple highlights, The fragrance is composed by a floral bouquet of red and white dried flowers followed by cherries and raspberries jam. It ends with a balsamic note of rhubarb and rosemary. It is intense, persistent in mouth and with elegant tannins. FOOD MATCHES: Meat platter, pizza, pasta with tomoto sauces.
This wine was aged on American oak for approximately 8 months, giving the wine a noticeable, but not an excessive oak influence.
